What's wild is that Wacker et al 2016 elegantly showed why (5R,8R)-LSD is stereoselective for 5-HT2A (it depends on the orientation of the C(8) N,N-diethylamine moiety), and no one has ever looked at (5S,8R)-LSD (to my knowledge) which I bet is LSD-like.
